Before ICM became engaged with the client, their employee personnel files were stored & managed in paper format, across many locations in the U.S. & several other countries around the world. Furthermore, each site across the world stored & maintained employee files differently. These inconsistent methods caused file retention control issues increased liability risks & created storage space & cost issues.

ICM’s client needed document management for HR. It required a solution that would organize their personnel files in a standardized manner, convert them into electronic files, and make them available to authorized human resources personnel and managers to view and retrieve from anywhere in the world.

The Solution | Document Management for HR

ICM physically manifested and organized all paper files, scanned all documents to digital format, & indexed all files by Employee Identification Number (EIN), category, and document type. We also aligned EIN with existing client PeopleSoft data & validated all documents & delivered them in a format ready for immediate import into a document management repository. To date, ICM has dispatched its document experts to the client’s locations all over the world including, United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, India, Australia, & many more.
