ICM’s Scanning Services Capabilities Include:

Conversion of Virtually Any Paper or Film Media - standard paper, large format sheets (B-J size and other non-standard sizes), microfilm, microfiche & COMFiche, Aperture Cards, Photo Slides, and fragile or historical paper such as vellum, mylar, sepia, onion skin, bound books.
Day Forward Scanning - for ongoing scanning services, ICM can make scheduled pickups or scan on demand, lockbox, or mailroom operations whether paper, email, or fax, and upload via SFTP, or directly into ViewCenter or other systems.

On-Site Scanning Services - whether due to project size or security restrictions, ICM can bring our people, equipment, and processes directly to your location, for “backfile” archive projects or long-term ongoing engagements and the ability to scale as needed.
Electronic File Cleanup - for electronic records that aren’t structured or indexed properly, or with image quality issues, ICM’s Production team can perform conversions to transform your records to your desired output.

Every Scanning Service Includes:

Project Consultation – ICM’s Solutions Consultants navigate you through the process of quantifying volume and making recommendations for the most cost-effective output for your business goal. Upon kickoff, Production provides a direct feedback loop to work through exceptions or scope changes.

Logistics & Chain of Custody – ICM’s drivers perform pickups (including up to the boxing services and providing boxes as needed) establishing a chain of custody that’s maintained for the entire project, including signed pickup/delivery tickets and intake into our caged storage area and project tracking system.

Quality Assurance – ICM has a 4-level QA process to ensure high-quality deliverables. If any errors make their way to you, we will re-work to rectify at no cost.

Document Safekeeping & Security – ICM’s facility and personnel can the most sensitive of projects, including HIPAA, HITECH, and ITAR Export Control compliance. Our facility has 24-hour video surveillance, a leveled badging system to grant access to different areas of the facility, and escort is required for any visitors. Meanwhile, applicable ICM employees are screened with U.S. citizenship verification, drug test, background check, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

In-Process Requests – To eliminate business disruption during project fulfillment, ICM’s tracking process enables us to identify and scan on-demand any record requests you may have.
