Revision Control
Avoid costly mistakes by using the correct revision of your document, every time. Revision Control is an optional module for ViewCenter, with permission-based check-in and check-out capabilities that will track every change made to drawings or records. The configurable auto-numbering feature will assign the next sequential revision number, eliminating the process of manual tracking outside of the ViewCenter environment. Revision Control’s audit trail will show every time a document is accessed and/or changed, keeping an accurate lifecycle history.
Check-In/Check-Out
Checking out a document preserves version integrity. Prevents multiple users from making changes at the same time.
