PHOENIX, Ariz., May 2009 — ICM Document Solutions (ICM) announced it has been awarded a State of Arizona contract for Document Imaging (Contract: EPS090009-4) by the Arizona Department of Administration, State Procurement Office. This is the eighth consecutive year that ICM is an imaging provider for the State of Arizona. The contract covers a wide range of document imaging services addressing all types of paper and film conversions.
In addition to a Document Imaging Contract, ICM holds a State of Arizona contract for IT Consulting and Staffing Services (Contract: EPS070113-30). The result of having these two contracts allows ICM to offer total document and imaging solutions to government entities, including feasibility studies and planning, system development and integration, scanning and conversion, along with training and implementation. “We are pleased and honored to be selected by the State,” said Kevin Smith, vice president of sales, major accounts, ICM Document Solutions. “ICM’s total document solution offers a customized approach that addresses the specific concerns and budgetary needs of our clients.”

ICM has worked with the Government Information Technology Agency (GITA) and the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records (ASLAPR) program requirements for document management.
