ICM Document Solutions Awarded a State of Arizona Contract for Document Imaging
PHOENIX, Ariz., May 5, 2009 — ICM Document Solutions (ICM) today announced it has been awarded a State of Arizona contract for Document Imaging (Contract: EPS090009-4) by the Arizona Department of Administration, State Procurement Office. This is the eighth consecutive year that ICM is the imaging provider for the State of Arizona. The contract covers a wide range of document imaging services addressing all types of paper and film conversions. In addition to the Document Imaging Contract, ICM holds the State of Arizona contract for IT Consulting and Staffing Services (Contract: EPS070113-30). The result of having these two contracts allows ICM to offer total document and imaging solutions to government entities, including feasibility studies and planning, system development and integration, scanning and conversion, along with training and implementation. ICM has been instrumental in helping government agencies convert their paper documents into electronic files and streamline their document procedures with customized solutions and Business Process Management (BPM) services. ICM has worked closely with the Government Information Technology Agency (GITA) and the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records (ASLAPR) program requirements for document management.
