Phil Harrington
CEO and Founder 
Phil Harrington has over 40 years of experience in information technology, high-volume manufacturing and telecommunications. As CEO, Phil concentrates on growing ICM’s core industries, including aerospace and major manufacturing, and advancing the company’s products and services. Phil has successfully led large technology organizations and has also grown a startup technology and services company to a leader in its field. Prior to founding ICM Document Solutions in 1988, Phil was Vice President of Research and Development at GTE, where he spent a successful career of 25 years.
Phil holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and a BA in Math & Physics from St. Joseph’s College. Phil and his wife live in Scottsdale, AZ.
Kevin Smith
President 
Kevin Smith is President of ICM, where he is responsible for the direction and management of sales, marketing, operations and corporate functions for the company. Kevin was previously Vice President of Sales for ICM, having taken the senior client development role after joining ICM in 1991. Kevin and his wife and their two sons live in Cave Creek, Arizona.
Patrick Goulet
Vice President of Operations 
Patrick Goulet has over 24 years of experience in various areas of back-office business management and operation and joined ICM in 1999. With Six Sigma and lean manufacturing credentials, Patrick led the effort for ICM to become ISO 9001 Certified. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University. Patrick is actively involved in various phases of youth basketball for the past several years. Patrick, his wife, and his sons live in Cave Creek, Arizona.
Linda Mattson 
Director of HR
Linda Mattson is the Director of Human Resources and joined in 2005. Linda has experience working in all aspects of human resources and training. Linda and her husband live in Gilbert, Arizona.
Paula Dobeck-Escoto 
Director of Finance
Paula Dobeck-Escoto has over 22 years of accounting and income tax experience. She joined ICM in 2007 after directing her own tax and accounting business for 10 years. Paula is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS. Paula and her husband live in Phoenix, Arizona.
Kristin Macedo 
Director of Information Technology
For 5 years Kristin has been the driving force behind the R&D of ICM’s software service bureau and feature product ViewCenter. Spearheading projects and being a pivotal resource for all operations, Kristin’s niche is bridging the gap between technology and the organizations ICM partners with for success.
